The HOA board was in the process of refurbishing a neglected community tennis court. The first step: addressing the faded, peeling chain-link fencing that surrounded the court — a critical improvement before resurfacing and other upgrades could begin.

During the walkthrough, Julio carefully inspected the condition of the peeling paint and raised an important concern the board hadn’t yet considered: the potential presence of lead-based paint, given the age of the fencing.
